The Code of Brotherhood:
After Xaos’ faction emerged as the victors of the Fourth Sith Schism, they reorganized themselves as the New Sith Brotherhood. In an attempt to prevent any further schisms, Xaos drafted a document known as “The Code of Brotherhood” which described the laws by which the New Sith Brotherhood would be governed. The Code reads:
Article One: The Sith shall remain united in their support of the Dark Lord. If it becomes necessary, a new Dark Lord will be chosen. The Dark Lord shall support relief from oppression, granting all Sith freedom.
Article Two: All Sith shall do their best to support their leaders as long as said leaders serve the will of the Dark Lord.
Article Three: All Sith shall faithfully honor the Dark Side Spirits.
Article Four: All Sith shall keep their word of honor to one another.
Article Five: All Sith shall treat their peers fairly and equally thereby upholding the unity and strength of the Sith as a whole. If necessary, they shall provide for the needs of their brethren.
Article Six: All Sith shall put the good of the New Sith Brotherhood and the Obsidian Union before their own personal needs, regardless of the cost.
Article Seven: Those who are not honorable under this Code will be considered less than equal and therefore worthy only of contempt.
Article Eight: All Sith shall protect one another from the enemies of the Brotherhood and the Union. Personal enemies are a personal responsibility unless they undermine Brotherhood or Union security.
Article Nine: All Sith shall protect Union territory from all hostile Galactic Nations.
Article Ten: The spirit of freedom shall remain the fundamental principle of the Brotherhood. All Sith shall expect and demand freedom from their leaders.
Article Eleven: Non-lethal duels shall be used to settle personal disputes between Sith.
Article Twelve: All Sith shall support the Galactic Liberation Party.
